• Healthcare Provider Services: Patient management, appointment scheduling, medical record documentation, and clinical workflows
• Clinic Services: Practice management, patient scheduling, visit documentation, and administrative tools
• Pharmacy Services: Prescription management, inventory tracking, and patient communication
• Diagnostic Center Services: Test order management, result delivery, and sample tracking

3. Eligibility and Registration

4. User Accounts and Security

If you are a healthcare provider, clinic, pharmacy, or diagnostic center using the Service, you agree to the following additional terms:

Professional Obligations:

• You must maintain valid professional licenses, registrations, and certifications required to practice in your jurisdiction
• You must comply with all applicable medical ethics, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable laws (DISHA, HIPAA, etc.)
• You must obtain appropriate patient consent before accessing or sharing patient information
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of medical records you create or maintain

Clinical Responsibilities:

• You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatments provided to patients
• Dirghayu does not provide medical advice or make clinical decisions
• You must use your professional judgment when using any features of the Service
• You must maintain appropriate professional liability insurance as required by law

Data and Records:

• You are responsible for backing up your data and records
• You grant Dirghayu a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service
• You retain ownership of your patient records and clinical data
• Upon termination, you may request export of your data in accordance with our data retention policies

8. Terms for Patients

If you are a patient using the Service, you agree to the following additional terms:

Health Information:

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information
• You understand that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of care you receive
• You grant healthcare providers authorized access to your medical records through the Service
• You may revoke access to your records at any time, subject to legal and clinical requirements

Appointments and Services:

• Appointment scheduling through the Service does not guarantee availability or acceptance by healthcare providers
• Healthcare providers may cancel or reschedule appointments at their discretion
• You are responsible for any fees or charges associated with healthcare services, separate from the Service

Emergency Situations:

9. Intellectual Property Rights
